What is die cutting? 

Die cutting is the process of using a die to sheer a flat web of low strength material such as rubber, cloth, plastics, tapes, or adhesives. It can be done on a flatbed, a roller press, or a vertical press. We have a variety of die cutters, including a 5-ton roller die cutter that cuts webs up to 40” in width, a 15-ton vertical press that can die cut up to a 10” x 15” area, and a 60-ton vertical press than can cut up to a 30” x 40” area. Our steel wool dies are made locally in Minneapolis, allowing for faster turnaround.
